Rubber Duck Brum is a community meetup hosted by Good Growth. It blends bite-sized talks with practical, informal “station” sessions where you can get advice on real problems, polish a portfolio, or just talk shop.

Whether you’re early in your career, switching paths, or a seasoned engineer looking to meet the local community, you’re welcome.

Three themed stations will run before and after the talks. No booking required - just drop in, bring questions, and chat.

The Joint Works is in the Jewellery Quarter, a short walk from Jewellery Quarter station and St. Paul’s Square. On-street parking is available nearby.
