We’ll move through cycles of warmth and cold, allowing the body to relax, release tension, and then gently awaken through the invigorating plunge. This contrast therapy supports circulation, boosts immunity, reduces inflammation, and helps regulate the nervous system. Just as importantly, it creates space to practice breath, awareness, and mindful choice—meeting discomfort with calm and confidence.
This is not about pushing limits or performance. It’s about listening to your body, honoring your boundaries, and choosing what feels right for you in each moment. Between dips, you’ll have time to rest, reflect, and connect in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
