The Our Voices program offers activities that empower youth to express themselves and ensure their voices are heard. The program builds self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience, supporting personal growth and a strong sense of community. Below are the workshops participants will attend

Week 6: Anger, Impulse Control, and Managing Strong Emotions.
Week 7: Identity, Self-Expression, and Belonging.
Week 8: Gratitude, Positive Thinking, and Resilience.
Week 9: Sadness, Grief, Loss, and Change.
Week 10: Social Media, Self-Image, and Comparison.
