Get ready to stretch, strengthen, & find your inner zen as Catherine De Freitas guides you through an invigorating flow designed to help you unwind + recharge. Explore deep stretches, body awareness, & inner reflection as you surrender into the practice.

Our events go beyond yoga; they are a celebration of connection + community. We've curated a social activity for each event that promises to create friendships & cater to diverse interests of each yogi. This week, Her Divine Vibe, an expert tarot reader will lead the social activity: unlock your inner tarot reader as we explore an introduction into the magical essence of the tarot. After every flow, indulge in wine specials, tapas, music, raffle, mini wellness market, Odyssey Elixir drinks, & tarot readings.
