Join us for a high-energy, mindfully curated health and wellness festival all about connection, wellness, and the local community.
Whether you're into yoga, meditation, dance, equiptment based classes โor just want to try something newโthis event brings together the best local instructors, wellness pros, and small businesses for one exciting day.
What is STRENGTH IN THE CITY?
Weโre a community hub creating in person wellness experiences to highlight local instructors and support local brands. Our goal is to build stronger communities through movement, mindfulness, and connection. This event highlights local talent and gives you access to over 20 mini-classes, workshops, recovery services, and vendors all in one place.
