Your new favorite Friday ritual is here! Start your day lakeside with an energizing yoga and movement experience led by Barefeet Power Yoga and Brooklyn Boulders. This dynamic series blends strength, sweat, and serenity — all set to the rising sun over Lake Michigan.

🌞 SPECIAL EDITION: Friday, June 20 – Summer Solstice Celebration! with Barefeet, Sol House & Sounds by Solstice Presents
📍 WHERE: Theater on the Lake
🧘♀️ WHEN: 6:30 AM sharp (60 min class starting at 6:30am, community hang to follow)
