RSPB Wallasea Island

We will discover the newly created saltmarsh, mudflats and lagoons of Wallasea . We hope to see a selection of waders including Redshank, Dunlin ,and Grey Plovers as many will still be around feeding on the mud as the tide creeps in

With a bit of luck we should see a few Short-eared Owls and Marsh and possible Hen Harriers and other raptors

All welcome, whatever your level of birdwatching knowledge.

Please try and car share. Bring suitable clothing and footwear for the weather, especially if it has been raining in previous days.

We might take photos of the event to publicise future events. If you do not wish to appear in them, please let the leader know.
