RSPB site and Cliff walk Bempton Cliffs Nature Reserve to Thornwick Bay and North Landing - 5 mile£15 per person, per seat
This walk is special for so many reasons.
Visit between April and July and you'll enjoy Puffins, Gannets, Kittiwakes and Guillemots live life on the edge. There are more Gannets acrobatically diving into the deep here than anywhere else on mainland England.
In spring and summer Corn Buntings, Skylarks and Linnets breed in the grassland and scrub where land meets the sea, while Kestrel and Barn Owls hunt under wide open skies, often joined in winter by Short-eared Owls.
In addition the coastline gives way to the cliff walk to the coves. This is a unique experience.
Entry Fees are £8 for non-members (peak) or £4 (off-peak) not included in cost of trip.
Wear suitable clothing and footwear, wear layers rather than big coats, waterproof clothing where possible.
Please bring a drink and snack.
This walk is for those who are able to walk 5 mile without assistance and breaks.
