RSMD Skills Labs are designed for providers seeking continued hands-on experience in aesthetic injections.This exclusive training opportunity is available to providers who have previously completed an RSMD hands-on training or completed the Upper Face Courses. Skills Labs offer a focused, small-group environment where you return to the clinic to further refine your technique under the direct guidance of Dr. Rebecca Small.
Participants will bring their own model and perform treatments in a real clinical setting. Each session is tailored to individual learning goals, allowing providers to gain additional experience in areas such as crow’s feet, lip flip, lower eyelid wrinkles, and other commonly treated regions.
Unlike traditional trainings, RSMD emphasizes ongoing mentorship. Skills Labs are designed to support continued development, reinforce safe injection practices, and build technical precision over time.
