? Team Registration: $275 per team
Douglas College Women’s Soccer is excited to host our first-ever Women’s Soccer Futsal Tournament! We’re inviting U10 to U12 teams for a weekend of festive futsal fun, skill-building, and community connection.
? Tournament Highlights:
- ⚽ Guaranteed Play: Each team will get 4 games across 2 days on two courts—more time on the ball, more fun! Each game will be 30 minutes long with quick half-time breaks to ensure we maximize the opportunity for players.
- ?⚖️ Player Referees: Matches will be officiated by Douglas College Women’s Soccer players, giving young athletes a chance to learn from and interact with collegiate-level players.
- ? Festive Vibes: Celebrate the season with a fun, Christmas-themed tournament full of holiday cheer.
- ? Community & Connections: Meet new friends and connect with the greater soccer community through futsal.
- ?️ Time for a Holiday Outing: With games spread across the weekend, teams have time to enjoy a meal nearby and soak up the festive spirit.
This tournament focuses on fun, skill development, and creating memorable experiences for young athletes while connecting them with the Douglas College Women’s Soccer program.

Participation waiver
Participation in youth or adult team sports and tournaments (“Activities”) carries risks, including the risk of injury, chronic injury, illness, property loss or even death (“Risks”). Such Risks may arise from causes that are known or unknown. Douglas Colleges makes no representations or warranties to teams and players regarding any safety or other risks associated with participation in the Activities, and does not accept responsibility or liability for the Risks. All participation in the Activities is voluntary, and players who choose to participate do so at their own risk and, through their participation, voluntarily agree to assume these risks. By registering for Activities that take place on Douglas College lands, buildings or facilities, registering coaches or school/institution representatives undertake on behalf of their clubs, schools or institutions (each a “Participating Organization”) to carefully review the Risks with their players (and, in the case of minors, with their parent/guardians), and to take all reasonable steps to prevent foreseeable Risks, including through proper instruction, supervision, enforcing appropriate standards of conduct, safeguarding player personal property and ensuring players are medically fit and able to safely participate in the Activities. As a term of registration for the above Activity, the Participating Organization agrees that (a) to the fullest extent permitted by law, Douglas College shall not be liable to the Participating Organization and the Participating Organization shall not sue, bring or commence any claim against Douglas College for any loss, cost, liability, damages, claims or expenses arising from the Risks, including to the extent that such Risks arise from the negligent or wrongful acts or omissions of Douglas College or its officer, directors, employees, volunteers or representatives (“Personnel”); and (b) that the Participating Organization shall indemnify and save harmless Douglas College and its Personnel for any loss, cost, liability, damages, claims or expenses that any one or more of Douglas College or any member of its Personnel may suffer or incur as a result of any negligent or wrongful acts or omissions of the Participating Organization or Participating Organization’s Personnel.
