The event is set in the beautiful, historic market town of Royal Wootton Bassett in Wiltshire. The 400m pool swim is in the local leisure centre. The 22k bike is a fast, mostly flat scenic route around the surrounding villages, and the 5k run a fast, flat run to the local rugby club and back.All profits from race entry fees are donated to Wiltshire Air Ambulance, and since the event started 12 years ago over £32,000 has been donated!
