The Executive Committee cordially invites you to join us for the 100th Anniversary Celebration of the Royal Order of Scotland in Canada. All events except for the ladies' program will be held at the Sutton Place Hotel.
The event will commence with a Meet and Greet Friday, September 20th at 7 PM.
On Saturday, September 21st, the gentlemen will reconvene with the Royal Order Assembly at 10 AM, followed by the conferral of the H.R.D.M., lunch, and the conferral of the Rosy Cross degree in the afternoon.
For the ladies, the program will also begin with the Meet and Greet on Friday evening. The Saturday morning program will begin with a tour of the Queen Elizabeth Park garden, followed by lunch at the Summit Room at Seasons in the Park.
Both ladies and gentlemen will attend the banquet served at the Sutton Place on Saturday evening.

The room rate is $339 per night plus applicable taxes (Approximately $70) The group rate will be held until August 5th, 2024.
To receive the group rate, indicate you are making reservations for the “Royal Order of Scotland” if making reservations by telephone.

If you are interested in arriving before Friday or staying past Saturday, the Sutton Place is offering the group rate for several days pre and post event the dates will be visible on the booking calendar.
Note: We have blocked off 80 rooms/night however the hotel will be releasing our block of rooms to the public.
May 15th, 16 rooms, July 17th, 43 rooms, and August 5th the remaining rooms that have not been reserved.
Knights, we all wish our100th anniversary celebration to be a successful and memorable event, it is anticipated that you will book rooms for the Friday and Saturday night at the Sutton Place Hotel to support the work that your executive has undertaken and enjoy the camaraderie of ROS members who will be travelling from across Canada, United States and United Kingdom to celebrate with us.
Booking now with your credit card ensures that you will have a room prior to the hotel releasing the rooms to the public on May 15, 2024. Should your plans change, you can cancel your booking per the hotel policy.
