High school woodwind and brass players from across Wagga Wagga are invited to attend a special workshop featuring the Royal Australian Navy Band Sydney's Brass and Wind Quintets. Designed for students currently learning brass or woodwind and involved in school or community concert bands, the workshop will explore the building blocks of musical expression and character and professional ensemble techniques, featuring live performance examples from elite Defence Force musicians.
This is a valuable opportunity for developing instrumentalists to experience high-level musicianship up close, ask questions, and gain insight into both performance and potential music careers.
