Special guests and food enthusiasts join Chrissy to shop for ingredients and cook a favorite family recipe, as they celebrate global food traditions over a shared meal. Come together for a screening + community-driven conversation of PBS Independent Lens’ PBS Independent Lens’ The Grocery Store List on April 26 from 6-8p!

Emily Strong
Emily Strong is an award-winning filmmaker who tells unique stories that express humanity through food and culture. She was a DOC NYC 40 Under 40 honoree, produced Keep Moving Forward (Big Sky Documentary Film Festival) and A Letter for Sang-Ah (Loni Ding Award for Social Justice). Her directorial debut is Tasting Heritage.
