Join the Herd and I this summer in the Sacred Round Pen as we mark Solstice's and Equinox's and howl at the Full Moon while practicing yoga in the wild!.
A gentle yoga practice in the sand as the Spruce tress offer cooling breezes, listen as the tree frogs and birds provide the soundtrack while the Horses hold space. The mental clarity that is found moving through asana practices outdoors defies explaining ... some things can only be experienced to be understood!

Peace and the grounding grace of 'Ritual' are yours for the taking!

Each night will hold different intentions, some will offer natural art expression, all will offer the healing presence of the Herd, home grown tea and treats are always included!

Registration is open and spaces will be limited to 15 guests per evening.
Book all 3 nights $55 paid in advance.
