Round Off & Back Handspring Tumbling Workshop (8-17yrs)

Join us at the State Gymnastics Centre in Windsor for a high-energy, skill-focused 2-hour Round off & Backhandspring Tumbling Workshop designed for students who would like to learn how to safely perform both skills in isolation and work towards connecting a Round off- Backhandspring.

In this workshop, students will focus on safe progressions for the Round-offs and Back Handspring on the trampoline and floor.

Participants attending this session must be between the ages of 8- 17 years only.

• Ages 8-17yrs only
• Ability Level: Students must be able to Handstand & Cartwheel unaided. We also recommend that students have prior or current Gymnastics, Cheerleading or Dance experience. Please note that this workshop is not suitable for beginners who have no prior experience in the above sports or who cannot safely perform a handstand and cartwheel.
• Shoes and trainers must be removed before participating.
• No refunds are available.
• A participant registration form must be completed prior to attending — this is required before you can participate.
