For the sixth consecutive year, the Rotary Club of Capitol Hill is proud to lead a joint community service project in partnership with Wreaths Across America.Each December, Rotarians, Rotaractors, and friends from across the Washington, D.C., area gather at Arlington National Cemetery to lay holiday wreaths on the gravesites of our fallen service members—a
powerful tribute of remembrance and gratitude.
Meet-up details:
• Meet at 7:30 a.m. at Pentagon City Metro (northbound platform)
• Service hours: 8:00-11:00 a.m.
• Location: Arlington National Cemetery (Sections 3, 4, 30, and 34)
• Group photo: 9:30 a.m. near Gen. John J. Pershing’s grave (Section 34, Graves S-19-LH)
• Optional fellowship lunch: Pentagon City Mall following the event
• Optional veterans’ ceremony: 12:00-12:45 p.m. (location shared day-of)
No cost to volunteer. All ages welcome. Last year, we welcomed 32 volunteers from 14 area clubs. Let’s increase that number in 2025!
