Join us on Saturday, October 4th, 2025 at the centrally-located University of Guelph's Peter Clark Hall for fun, celebration and learning.
This year’s conference will be a one-day interactive event getting everyone involved. There will be lots of networking, inspiration from dynamic speakers, and collaboration. We welcome first-time attendees and long-time returnees!
What can I expect? This year, in keeping with our broader theme of Rotary International titled ‘Unite for Good’, this year's Conference theme is "Spread a Little Aloha & Gratitude!"
In addition to an excellent group of conference speakers, attendees can expect a fantastic lunch with great food. The event will also feature a House of Friendship where members can learn more about what’s happening across our district and connect with friends!
Optional Cocktail Reception: This year there will be an optional post-conference reception with food add-on ($). Reception attendees are required to pre-pay and pre-register for this additional networking opportunity and social. Early Bird– July 26 to August 25, 2025 - $85 plus HST
Regular Fee – August 26 to September 25, 2025 - $95 plus HST
Optional Reception after the program with food and fellowship - $50 plus HST
