Roses & Poses A Mother’s Day Yoga Event

🌹Moms, stepmoms, moms to be, want to be moms, dog moms, cat moms, or you just love moms! Come out to Laguna Beach for this refreshing and enjoyable morning of movement in the sun. We will begin with a short quiet time and then begin a one hour vinyasa yoga practice. Towards the end of the practice we will have a short sound bath with the Tibetan Sound Bowl and the Ocean 🌊 Waves.

The last hour you will mingle enjoy mocktail mimosas 🥂 & croissants 🥐!

You will also have the opportunity to 🛍️ shop with @tresinfinitas a sustainable yoga clothing brand. She will be giving away her beautiful yoga mat to one lucky guest!
