The Rosen Method Movement course will be held in Helsinki on 26-28 September 2025. Discover the power of gentle movement - the Rosen Movement course invites you into your body through movement and the joy of movement.
Rosen Movement offers a place to stop, where you can breathe more freely, listen to yourself and let your body tell its story. A Rosen Movement class is like a Rosen bodywork session: it can release emotional experiences that have been hidden in the body, it can bring you new information about yourself and it may open a connection to the joy hidden within you through movement.
Rosen Movement is a body awareness-developing, gentle and at the same time deeply affecting form of exercise, based on a body therapeutic understanding of how the body carries life experiences, emotions and tensions. The movements are simple, flowing and supported by music - they open space for breathing, release inhibitions and increase body awareness safely and gently. Rosen Movement has been developed to support Rosen body therapy treatments. The openness to the body achieved in Rosen treatments is maintained when the body is moved while listening to it, respecting tensions and being aware of how the movement feels.
You are warmly welcome to this course. You don’t need prior experiments of Rosen Method. If you feel that you have the curiosity to know more about your body, find the enjoyment of movement and have time for yourself - this is a course for you!
Karin Vinding from Denmark is teaching this course. It will be in English and translated to Finnish.
