Why Gui chose this title:
Climate change is a global issue that can make us feel anxious and powerless. As prospects of a climate crisis paint a grim picture of humanity’s future, we can feel there is nothing we can do. I chose this book for one reason: to fight despair with optimism. There are choices we can make to build a better future, and this book presents them in a practical way. As I am studying about climate action and community organization to address climate issues, I believe this discussion can help us feel more capable to act together.
