ROSE is a supportive, educational program designed for prenatal and postpartum individuals to help build knowledge, confidence, and connection during the perinatal period. Participants learn about community resources, stress management strategies, planning for the future, navigating relationship changes, and more. Whether someone is actively experiencing perinatal depression or simply wants to feel empowered and prepared for the transition into parenthood, ROSE offers practical tools and a supportive community that understands.
