Surrounded by roses in bloom and the peaceful beauty of nature, this soulful outdoor experience invites you to slow down, reconnect, and nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
🌹The morning begins with ceremonial-grade cacao followed by a Reiki-infused sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soothing instruments. Gentle waves of sound and energy will guide you into deep relaxation, balance, and inner stillness beneath the open sky.
🌹How to Prepare: Please hydrate well and dress comfortably in layers. We recommend eating lightly beforehand if needed. Bring water, a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort. Lawn chairs are welcome if preferred. Optional items include an eye mask, journal, crystals, or meaningful nature items. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. Sunscreen and bug spray may be helpful.
