Come experience the ancient medicine of the Rose combined with conscious, connected Breathwork in an evening of ceremony.
As we shift seasons from Winter to Spring we will work with Rose tea to warm the body and infuse ourselves with the spirit of Rose. After tuning into the energetics of the Rose, we'll move into the potency of a conscious, connected Breathwork journey.
Rose is known to be a heart medicine that also teaches about boundaries and deep self-care with her thorns. Rose is a gentle, wise plant ally, and a beautiful complement to breathwork.
Ginny Gill, of Ginny Gill Breathwork, will guide the evening. She is a certified Spiraldance Breathwork Practitioner and and -certified Rose Shamanism practitioner. Ginny is very excited to share the wisdom and vibration of the Rose.
