Immerse yourself in the serene and supportive practice of Restorative Rope Wall Yoga. This unique class leverages the use of a rope wall to facilitate deep relaxation, gentle stretching, and spinal decompressionWe will begin with some gentle, active-restorative postures using the ropes to explore a deeper connection between mind and body, preparing the body for a deeper relaxation.
We will then settle into fully supported poses using bolsters, blankets, blocks and the rope wall, allowing your body to enter a state of deep rest. Relax into each pose for several minutes, focus on mindful breathing and stillness promoting a deep muscular and mental relaxation.
