Rope Jams are all about playing with ropes. Whether you want to practise your skills, tie seductive rope sessions or have your very first rope experience, you are welcome to join this space.
What to expect: We create a warm, inclusive and connected space in which we can all explore and play with the vast landscape of ropes from meditative self ties to advanced and elaborate sequences.
Arrival from 18.30 to land in our lounge and meet the people you will be sharing the evening with.
The doors to the rope space open at 19.00 and at 19.15 we meet in an opening circle where the host will share the rules of the space and share a bit of inspiration, that you are free to play with if you feel like it.
We recommend joining the opening for a more connected space, but you are allowed to show up later.
After the opening circle, the host of the evening will be available for questions about ropes and assistance to get you started, however this is not a formal lesson, just some help for those who need it.

What to wear:
Whatever is comfortable for you to move and tie in.
What to bring:
We recommend bringing your own ropes, however we do have some ropes for borrowing.
A water bottle with a lid (no open containers in the rope space)
Can I join as a beginner?
Yes, you need no prior rope experience to join the jam, you are allowed to just watch, get inspired and ask questions.
Should I join with a partner?
You can join with a partner, a group or alone. There’s usually always people joining on their own, maybe you will meet someone who you would like to tie with, however we can not guarantee this.
