I’m excited to share that I’ll be presenting at Acadiana MetaFest this year! My talk will focus on native plants of Louisiana and their traditional uses in folk magic and folk medicine. We’ll explore the spiritual, practical, and cultural significance of the plants that grow around us, and how they have been used for healing, protection, blessing, and everyday working traditions.
