About this Event
We live in a world obsessed with goals, progress, and speed.
The pressure to do more, be more, keep up — it's relentless.
And when we spread ourselves thin trying to meet it, something quietly gives way.
We lose the thread. We burn out.
We start to feel disconnected from the very life we're working so hard to build.
How do you know what you truly want when you can barely hear yourself think?
To answer that — to know what you want, how to be happy, where you belong — you have to return to who you are. You have to return to your roots.
Because the deeper and stronger your roots, the clearer and
more grounded every step forward becomes.
Roots is the space where we do that work together. Each month, we gather around a single theme from the inner life — Identity. Belonging. The stories we inherited. The relationships we keep.
We go in through conversations, through the body and through silence. Because some things can only be known when you stop moving long enough to feel them.
What to Expect:
- Ground : We begin in the body. Breathwork and stillness. Leave the weight of the day at the door.
- Reflect : A private journal practice drawn from the theme. No one reads what you write. This is yours.
- Share: Facilitated conversation. You won't be put on the spot — but you may surprise yourself with what surfaces when you feel safe enough to speak honestly.
- Embody : Cacao, sound, movement or breathwork — chosen to match what the session has surfaced. The body knows things the mind hasn't caught up with yet.
- Connect : Come alone or with a friend. Leave having been seen.
This Month’s Theme
🌱Roots: Who Am I?🌱
Most of us are building a life without asking the most foundational question first. Not the roles you play, not what others see — but the version of you underneath all of that. Shaped by where you came from, what you’ve lived, and what you’ve been quietly carrying.
The vibe?
“When did you first start becoming the person other people needed you to be?”
Ready to have the conversation we’re all thinking about but not having…
