Celebrate Black History Month by stepping into the circle of resistance.

Join French Combatives for a special outdoor session dedicated to Moringue, the ancestral martial art of Réunion Island. Born in the shadows of the plantation era, Moringue was more than combat,it was a secret language of freedom and a tool of survival for enslaved African descendants.

This February, we take our practice to the open air, honoring the spirit of those who fought for liberty under the sun and stars.

• The Circle (Le Rond): We gather in the traditional circle formation, fostering community and collective energy.
• Earth & Movement: Connect with your environment through grounding drills that improve balance and functional power.
• Natural Rhythm: Train to the pulse of traditional percussion in an immersive, high-vibe atmosphere.

• Warrior Techniques: Learn the fluid kicks, dodges, and strikes that define this "combat-dance."
• Living History: Brief, impactful storytelling segments about the heroes of Réunion’s resistance.
• Full-Body Evolution: A dynamic workout designed to sharpen your coordination, cardio, and mental focus.
