● 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM | The Action Phase: Let’s roll up our sleeves to polish our downtown and the Polly Ann Trail! Volunteer teams will clear planter beds and remove litter with provided safety gear.
● 11:15 AM | Memorial Tree Dedication & Legacy Forest Kickoff: Gather at Centennial Park for the official unveiling of our Sesquicentennial Memorial Tree and permanent commemorative plaque. Receive your legacy forest tree and mark your place in history.
Volunteer Rewards & Giveaways
Every registered volunteer is part of Oxford's living history. At check-out, you will receive:
● A personalized Certificate of Appreciation.
● A commemorative goodie bag featuring a "Seeds of Progress" seed packet.
Oxford Village and Township residents, as well as all event volunteers, are invited to claim one of 250 free native saplings provided by the Oakland Conservation District to plant a piece of our future in your own yard. These trees are available while supplies last, and if you cannot attend the event, we can even arrange for you to receive your tree at a later date!

● Volunteers: Residents, students, businesses, and youth groups are invited to make a lasting impact. Bring your own gloves and gardening tools if you have them. All ages are welcome to participate and attend the dedication ceremony.
