Resting in a comfortable, supported savasana, you’ll be immersed in a soundscape woven from handpan, didgeridoo, gongs, crystal singing bowls, harp, voice, world percussion, strings, and more, played with skill, intention, sensitivity, and care.
At the heart of the journey lies a spacious sound bath that help you arrive, explore, and integrate. Together, they create a space where you can listen more deeply, reconnect with your inner awareness, and trust your own inner compass.
Every Sound Journey is lovingly made in the moment, shaped by the people gathered, and the collective energy. Their instruments are artisan-crafted from around the world, and approach is rooted in decades of immersion, practice, and slow, organic growth.
All are welcome. No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or sound is necessary—only a willingness to rest, listen, and receive. You may bring your own comfort items for lying on the floor such as yoga mat, blankets and pillow or borrow ours. We have chairs if you prefer to sit.
