A practical journey into autumnal and winter health and the herbs we can use to support this. Including root medicine such as echinacea, valerian, marshmallow and other herbs that support immunity, lung health, mood and sleep during the darker months.We will be making a syrup for lung health, a tincture to help with immunity and exploring herbs to support specific conditions.

This workshop is led by Nicola Bradshaw, a practising Medical Herbalist based in Somerset. She has many years of experience running workshops and with herbal medicine as well as running the herbal tincture unit at Neal’s Yard Remedies.
Glastonbury Abbey workshop, event and admission tickets are non refundable or transferrable. Abbey House is not open to the public and only ticket holders can be admitted to the house and grounds of Abbey House.
