About this Event
Join us for a gentle, one-hour guided nature walk in beautiful Campbell Valley Regional Park, offering space to slow down and reconnect through mindful presence outdoors.
We will meet near the washrooms at the South Valley entrance off 8th Avenue. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early, as we will begin promptly at 10:00 am.
Our gathering will begin with a brief welcome and grounding practice, tuning into breath, body, and awareness. From there, we’ll walk together along a well-maintained gravel path through open fields and into the forest.
Along the way, there will be moments to pause for reflection, grounding, and contemplation. At select points, participants will be guided through meditation. The pace is gentle, with slight downhill and uphill sections manageable for those comfortable walking for up to one hour.
While the trail is well maintained, it includes uneven terrain and natural surfaces that may be slippery when wet. Please ensure you feel steady and prepared for outdoor walking conditions.
This is intended to be a quiet, restorative space, with opportunity for optional soft conversation toward the end of the walk.
