Join us for a relaxed and friendly Rooted + Well Moms Walk! We’ll gather at Well Family Chiropractic at 6:30 PM and head out for an easy walk around the block. This is a great chance to get some fresh air, connect with other local moms, and enjoy meaningful conversation in a casual setting. Little ones are absolutely welcome—bring your kiddos in strollers and come as you are. We’d love to see you there!
