About this Event

Rooted Walk was created as a space for women at all stages of their fitness journeys by offering a welcoming, pressure- free environment to move, breathe, and connect in nature. We'll walk at a comfortable, conversational pace, focusing on presence rather than performance and allowing space for meaningful connection along the way. Healthy juices will be available for purchase after the walk through a local small business collaboration. All fitness levels welcome.
