About this Event
January invites us to begin again — not by rushing forward, but by grounding deeply into ourselves first. Rooted Vision is a community sound bath experience centered on finding clarity through presence, stillness, and connection to what truly matters.
Rather than pushing toward goals or forcing intentions, this experience offers space to slow down and let your vision emerge naturally. Through a gentle guided meditation, you’ll be invited to root into your body, your breath, and the present moment — creating a stable foundation for the intentions you wish to carry into the months ahead.
As the sound bath unfolds, healing vibrations from crystal bowls and other soothing instruments will guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. The sound becomes a supportive container, helping you release tension, quiet mental noise, and anchor your intentions at a nervous-system level — where real clarity and alignment can take hold.
This is a morning of grounding, reflection, and soft beginnings. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest into stillness — trusting that when your roots are steady, your vision can grow with ease.
What to Bring:
🛌 Yoga mat, blanket and or cushion
