Whether you’re gearing up for a big race or recovering from one, this 55-minute Runners Warm Flow is designed to move your body, release tension, and leave you feeling energised and grounded.
Using a combination of gentle mobility, dynamic stretching, and mindful breathwork, this class targets tight hips, hamstrings, calves, and feet - helping you run stronger, recover faster, and feel more connected to your body.
Perfect for:
- Pre-race day: Warm up, energize, and fire up the muscles without overdoing it
- Post-race day: Release tension, soften the body, and restore balance
