Rooted Rhythm: Sacral Somatic Woman's Movement Class

What to Bring:

• Loose fitting clothes + something warm to wear. We will be outside for the movement portion
• Yoga mat or towel if you don’t have one
• Water
• Journal + Pen
• An open heeart and pure intention <3

This is a fun and deeply emotional space. You will leave more clear, open, creative, and inspired to create the life you DESIRE, it is yours for the taking baby!
