A Community Nervous System Reset Gathering
With Jalashree Pradhan, L.Ac, M.S. of Jalashree Acupuncture
and Sara Jean Barrett, ND of Wellness Minneapolis
Nourish your body.
Steady your nervous system.
Sustain your community.
Many in our community are showing up every day to support neighbors, advocate for safety, and carry the emotional weight of uncertain times. This gathering is an opportunity to pause, restore, and replenish the nervous system so you can continue your work from a place of steadiness and strength.
This is a space for caregivers, organizers, helpers, and anyone feeling the impact of chronic stress.
What to Expect


Guided Breathwork
Simple breathing practices to regulate stress physiology and bring the body out of fight or flight.


Nervous System Education & Discussion
Dr. Barrett will offer a grounded, practical teaching on:

  • How chronic stress impacts the body
  • Signs your nervous system is overloaded
  • Simple daily practices to restore resilience
  • How to support yourself while continuing to support others

Time for questions and reflection will be included.


Gentle Qi Gong
Slow, mindful movement to awaken vital energy, improve circulation, and ground the body.


Auricular Acupuncture or Ear Seed Therapy
A calming East Asian medicine modality using fine sterile needles or adhesive ear seeds placed on specific points of the ear. The ear is considered a microsystem of the body. Stimulation of these points helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore balance.


Ear seeds may remain in place for 3 to 5 days for continued support.
We gather not only to rest, but to resource ourselves.
When the body feels steady, we respond rather than react.
When we are resourced, we can continue to show up with compassion and strength.


This event is donation based and all proceeds from this even will be donated to Stand With Minnesota (https://www.standwithminnesota.com/). Suggested donation $30-$50 per person.


Please bring:
• A yoga mat
• Warm, comfortable clothing
