Join us in a harmonious journey of the mind, body, and soul at Nautilus Tavern in beautiful La Jolla, CA. Only one block from Windansea Beach, you can feel the magic of the ocean.
This session starts with a meditation and grounding yoga flow led by Taylor. After yoga, allow your body the relaxation it deserves as you're guided through a crystal bowl sound bath experience led by Jess.
This is an outdoor event on a private patio with astroturf. We will have complementary tea, water, and treats. We've crafted a special menu of yummy mocktails & cocktails for purchase!
After the yoga and sound journey, feel free to stick around for live music and lunch inside the restaurant. It's an opportunity to extend the relaxation and community spirit of the event.
