At the turning of the seasons, when day and night meet in perfect balance, Rooted Resonance invites you to pause and listen to the quiet unfolding of the season within and around you. Planting the intentions for spring with the seeds of sound, scent, self-acupressure, and gentle qi gong.

This 90-minute sensory journey honours the Wood element — the energy of birth, new beginnings, and the courage to grow toward light like a seedling from the earth. Through the resonance of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle instrumentation, we explore the movement of Liver and Gallbladder Qi: the flow of vision, purpose, and clear direction.
