Rooted Resonance is a 2.5 hour journey designed for deep nervous system restoration and grounding firmly back into the body. So many of us are running on overstimulation, subtle stress, and constant mental movement. This evening is about coming back to the basics.
Slowing down.
Rooting into the body and earth.
Creating a stable base within yourself that you can truly rise from.
We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart and bring us into presence. From there I’ll guide a gentle breath practice to regulate and settle the system. We’ll explore a couple of simple sounding practices to awaken vibration in the body and reconnect with sensation.
Then you’ll be guided into an immersive sound journey led by voice, crystal bowls, flutes, and drum. This is where you’re invited to fully let go. The frequencies work with your nervous system, allowing deep relaxation and recalibration. This work is intuitively shaped, bringing through what is required in the moment.
After the journey there will be quiet time for journaling, an opportunity to anchor what moved through you.
We’ll close with song, a soft weaving of voices to seal the space if you are feeling called to join in.
This evening is for grounding.
For tending to your inner flame by first building strong roots.
For resting deeply so your energy can expand in a sustainable way.

This space offers the opportunity to surrender and be held. If you are longing to feel more grounded, connected, and steady within yourself and are needing a gentle reset, this space is for you.
✨ How Sound Healing Works
Sound healing works directly with the nervous system through vibration. The tones and frequencies invite the body out of fight or flight and into a parasympathetic state where repair and restoration can occur.
As brainwaves begin to slow, many people experience a meditative state without having to try. This can support emotional release, clearer insight and a felt sense of spaciousness.
The physical vibration of sound can also help soften muscular tension and bring awareness back into areas of the body that feel disconnected or numb. It is less about doing and more about allowing your system to recalibrate naturally.

Each session is intuitively guided and uniquely attuned to the group.
No experience is needed. Just a willingness to receive and be present with whatever arises.
This time we’re gathering in the larger auditorium space so there is more room for us all to land, soften and settle in.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring:
- Yoga or camping mat
- Cushion or bolster to sit on
- Blanket, pillow, eye mask
- Journal and pen
- Water bottle
Doors open at 5.45pm for a 6pm start.
