Opening Workshop: Healing the Inner Child & Releasing Old Patterns with Angie
Info: In this interactive segment, Angie will guide participants through an exploration of inner child healing and trauma awareness, helping women understand how early experiences shape present-day patterns, relationships, and emotional responses. Through teaching, reflection, and small group discussion, participants will learn why many of us feel stuck in repeating cycles and how awareness can begin to shift those patterns. Angie will also lead a somatic visualization exercise designed to reconnect participants with their inner child, release emotional tension held in the body, and create space for healing and self-compassion. This session blends education and experience, offering insights and practical tools to help participants move forward with greater clarity, self-trust, and emotional freedom.

An immersive experience combining breathwork, intentional movement, reflection, and sound healing designed to help you unwind deeply held tension, shift unconscious patterns, and reconnect with your inner clarity.
In our fast-paced lives, the nervous system rarely gets the space it needs to truly reset. Through carefully guided practices, this experience will gently move you from stress and mental overload into calm, presence, and restoration.
Together we will explore:
• Conscious Breathwork to regulate the nervous system and release stored stress
• Mindful Movement & Yoga to open the body and shift stagnant energy
• Guided Reflection & Pattern Awareness to uncover and release limiting cycles
• Immersive Sound Healing to integrate the experience and bring the body into deep restoration
You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to yourself, with practical tools to carry this sense of balance into everyday life.

Info: We will close the afternoon with a powerful creative experience led by artist, poet, and community builder Harpreet M. Dayal. Through spoken word poetry and a live artistic music element, Harpreet will weave together themes of healing, self-reflection, and connection that have emerged throughout the event. This final hour is designed to help participants slow down, absorb the day’s insights, and reconnect with the deeper emotions and stories that shape our journeys. Through the power of art and storytelling, Harpreet will create a meaningful closing experience that invites reflection, inspiration, and a sense of shared humanity. A beautiful and grounding way to honour the day, the healing work done, and the community gathered together.
