Step into the embrace of the forest and spend an afternoon connecting with what truly nourishes you. This half-day retreat is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply , and come home to yourself through nature and lineage exploration. What we will be offering: 1) Forest Therapy: guided mindfulness and sensory practices to deepen your connection with the living forest 2) Systemic & Family Constellations Therapy: gentle exploration of ancestral roots, patterns, and belonging. Limited to 12 participants. Admission to the park not included in the price ($7 per person, free with state parks pass). We will meet at the big oak tree outside the nature center at noon. Bring a yoga mat or blanket, water, snacks to share, and layered clothing for comfort.
