ABOUT ME:
As a meditation practitioner of over ten years, I've studied a variety of wisdom traditions and stress reduction techniques. In February of 2025 I completed my certification as a meditation instructor through Sounds True & UC Berkeley. My main focus of study has been Buddhist meditation and philosophy. Previously I have led a meditation group for young adults in New Haven, CT. I've participated in multiple retreats and meditation training programs throughout the last 10 years. I feel most at home and grounded when in touch with the natural world and often incorporate that to my meditation teaching. I'm of the belief that our connection to the earth is one of our strongest tools in maintaining our joy and peace.
