Informal gathering for new moms in the Bitterroot Valley to make new friends, ask questions, and share resources during this exciting and challenging season. Come as you are, show up when you can, and of course you can bring your baby! We will meet in the Community Room in the lower level of the Bitterroot Public Library (entrance available from the west side of the building.
Hosted by Chelsea and Amanda, who are both moms and experts in perinatal health and exercise!
We plan to make this a weekly meeting that you are welcome to attend as frequently as you'd like. Times may vary slightly week-to-week so be sure to check the date and time you attend!
