About this Event
This therapeutic-informed workshop offers a structured, supportive space that blends reflection, insight and practical goal setting.
Participants will reflect on their past year, cultivate gratitude, and create meaningful goals while also using creative tools like vision mapping to anchor those intentions. Guided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, the experience blends creativity with evidence-based practices from mindfulness and positive psychology.
Participants may choose between creating a traditional or a gratitude map; both designed to promote emotional clarity, self-compassion, and grounded goal setting.
