If you’re navigating burnout, hormonal imbalances like PCOS, or simply craving space to breathe - this workshop is for you.

Rooted in Rhythm is a calming, Earth element-inspired experience designed to help you rest, regulate, and return to yourself.

In this autumnal 2 hour session, you’ll be guided through:

* Grounding yoga & gentle somatic movement

* Calming breathwork

* Guided journaling & meditation

* An intro to cycle health & understanding your inner seasons

Zenia created Elementals Wellbeing after her own journey through burnout and PCOS. Her work is rooted in the cycles of nature and the elements, helping women reconnect with their emotional health and regulate their nervous systems through yoga, meditation and breathwork.
