Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your attendance at Rooted in Reflection, please note the following policy:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event or for no-shows.
To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us directly at [email protected]. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
