About this Event
We’ll begin with a slow flow yoga class led by Nicole Hensch Yoga designed to mirror the theme of the morning- grounding, steady, and attuned to the present moment. Through mindful movement and breath, you’ll be guided to soften into your body and release expectations. Beginner-friendly!
From there, we’ll move into a guided meditation led by Hannah with Just Embody that gently brings your awareness inward. Paired with reflective prompts, this practice invites you to meet yourself exactly where you are—not where you think you should be. This isn’t about becoming someone new or chasing a fresh start, but about letting go of the pressure to do more or be more, and getting honest about what you truly need right now.
From this grounded place, you’ll create your own aromatic sachet with Hannah of Filomena's Flowers and Lavender Farm, blending dried herbs while learning the subtle qualities each one holds—whether calming, refreshing, or grounding. As you build your blend, you’ll also craft a personal intention to tuck inside. You'll leave with a small, meaningful keepsake to return to again and again.
We’ll close with thoughtfully crafted mocktails infused with seasonal herbs with time and space to connect 🫶
